·        Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 Business Days

·        Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Partners :- AYLMY works with trusted logistics and courier partners through Shiprocket to ensure timely and secure delivery of orders across India.

Order Tracking :- Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link and tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email. Customers can also track their orders through the Track Order page available on our website.

Shipping Charges :- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed. AYLMY may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values.

Cash on Delivery (COD) :- Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations. AYLMY reserves the right to restrict COD services for certain pincodes, high-risk orders, or repeated order refusals.

Incorrect Address Information :- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. AYLMY shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Delayed Deliveries :- While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, AYLMY shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control. "Ownership and risk of loss for products purchased from AYLMY pass to the customer upon successful delivery at the shipping address provided during checkout."

Damaged Package :- If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, customers are advised to record a video and contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the order.
