Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
At AYLMY Korean Beauty, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and an excellent customer experience. Please read our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns :- Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, beauty, skincare, and personal care products cannot be returned once delivered. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, tampered, or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund subject to verification by our support team.
Replacement Policy :- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
How to Request a Replacement :- Please share the following details with our support team:
- Order Number / Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging (if damaged)

Replacement Process
1. Verification :- Our team will review the submitted information and review the issue.
3. Dispatch :- The replacement product will be shipped to your registered delivery address.
4. Return of Product (If Required) :- In certain cases, we may request the original product to be returned before dispatching a replacement. Our team will guide you through the process if applicable.
Refund Policy :- Refunds are applicable only in cases where:
- A replacement is not available.
- The product received is significantly damaged or defective.
- An incorrect product has been delivered and replacement cannot be arranged.
- The order is cancelled before dispatch.
Refund Processing Time :- Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
- COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
Order Cancellation :- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately after placing the order.
Replacement or Refund :- To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
- All labels, seals, and accessories must be intact.
- Valid photo or video evidence must be provided.
